Payment Terms and Cancellations
Standard terms: 50% of the contracted price due when the contract is signed, with the balance being due 30 (thirty) days prior to the wedding date. Failure to meet these terms may result in you losing our services for your scheduled date.
Cancellation policy: We understand that weddings are canceled or rescheduled for one reason or another. If you reschedule your wedding and we have your new wedding date open, we will just reschedule for the new date. All current terms and conditions apply. If you cancel 45 days or more prior to your scheduled wedding date, we will refund your deposit in full. If you cancel less then 45 days prior to your scheduled wedding date, you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancel less then 45 days prior to your scheduled wedding date and you have already paid our services in full, we will refund all but the 50% deposit.
We reserve the right to decline our services, in advance, if we feel that we are not a good fit for your wedding. We want only the best for your wedding and if we feel the best fit is by you using someone else, then that's the best fit.
